well, just be yourself! don't please them too much. you cannot please everybody around you. one thing here is you must understand them, no matter how rude or good they are. learn to know your classmates more, (it will be helpful for you, at least you know how to interact with them) never use the "first impression lasts"- this phrase won't help you.
