you need to install the emulator UAE. Then you need the kickstart for different models, at the least you'll need the kickstart ROM for the amiga 500 and the 1200 for aga games. Though is doesnt hurt to have the 600 and the 4000 kickstarts for later on. It is illegal to download these kickstart roms as they are still on sale but you can grab them from any amiga model that you own. Then to play games you need .adf images(amiga disk file) most of these games can be downloaded legally as most of the companies are gone bust or no longer sell the product.
You specify where the kickstarts are in UAE, then insert the disk into the virtual floppy drive and then start emulation, don't fiddle around with chipset timings and stuff like that until your more confident.
