First of all, I am not Immigration attorney or anything like that, but i have read a lot about immigration procedures. Yes, you can be sponsored for a visa by an employer. But you have to have a good relationship with your employer or future employer, and ask him/her/them to sponsor you ( it would be even better and easier if they would offer to sponsor you, of course). Also most likely they (the company) would do all your paperwork. Here's the biggest hurdle: Employment visas or work Visas (they're called something like that) for unskilled workers are very, very hard to get; almost impossible while. It would be much easier if you are college educated with a degree on a field in demand of workers in the country you wish to work in. And yes you would be working in that field/career and with that company to get your visa.
I add to this, if you would like to migrate to Canada. If you get a job offer letter from a Canadian employer certified by Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) that will definitely improves your chances to migrate to Canada under Skilled Worker scheme, if you fall into any of the 38 occupations list like Auditor, IT professional etc.
For Australia, If you have an employer that will sponsor you then contact an Australian registered migration agent and they can prepare and lodge the application for you and your employer (at a cost). This is often the fastest and most effective way. They can also give you advice on whether you can get an employer sponsored visa for your occupation. A working example of reliable migration agents are DNA Migration.
.
You can swap employers on a permanent resident visa. This visa is not employer dependent. You may be referring to the Australian sponsorship visa which is employer dependent. On this visa you would need to find another employer and get them to sponsor you if you are moving employer. You can ask questions live on the visafirst.com website which is quite handy. They mainly do working holiday visas and skilled migration visas
You can apply for the visa through the government. It will take between approximately 2 and 6 weeks to receive the visa.
After the government (i.e. civil service, police and army) DAL Group is the largest private employer in Sudan
Very politely and with an emphasis on why its a good idea for the company as well as you. If you can strength the company's financial position by staying in Australia, you're off to a good start.
If you married to Irish it's 3 years that you have to continously live in Ireland.Otherwise it's 5 years prior you submit your application. However there are backlog in most Irish departments and it's even worst when it comes to immigration/foreighn affair so it takes another 2 years or even more that you will be granted citizenship.

The Australian Retirement Fund allows people who retire after age 60 (if born after 1967, which you would be) to withdraw funds. Over the course of the person's employment, their employer would contribute 9% to the designated superannuation fund. The employee can contribute additional amounts for tax benefits.
Each state has its own criteria for employment benefits relative to the employer's category of service or materials they provide. Check with the state's employment security office for clarification.
The employer is entity hired us but partner is integrate with employer as not hire employees from employer
It certainly falls into that category. Whether it is severe and pervasive enough that a court would find an employer liable if a lawsuit was filed is debatable.
Employees work for an employer.
