after hours of trying to remove this, we came to the conclusion that it would need a box and open end 18mm wrench. your right no room is left to fix it, but we cut both these wrenches in half and used a pry bar to get leverage to turn it. after doing this the old part and new part came off and back on smoothly. now tht was my idea to cut the tools, my dad and brother inlaw argued with me for hours while trying to use what they had, of course i am a female and they thought i didnt know what i was saying but well it worked and now we have two tools that will be used for the transmission high pressure hose if needed again in the future. hope this helps
When you turn the steering wheel and hear a popping noise, it could be due to the power steering pump and a sticking valve so there is not enough hydraulic pressure. It could be caused by the steering linkage going out or low power steering fluid.
The power steering system works on high pressure and at idle the pump does not turn fast enough to provide full assist. It requires a higher engine rpm.
You don't have enough steering fluid.
Not enough!!
If pressure is applied for long enough coal can become this
The characteristics of a power steering hose is it is a hard rubber thick enough to hold the fluid needed to make the power steering work.
You may not have enough steering fluid?
After bleeding the power steering the pump may make a noise because there isn't enough power steering fluid in it.
Yes
Not enough!!
Enough to fill it to the manufacturer's specification.
only 2 reasons -- not enough power steering fluid or bad part
