FIRST OF ALL HAVE YOUR CHARGER PLUGGED IN.here are the steps. first open the "help" room after that you are going to need 3000 points. then next to the mystery box there will be a staircase with debris remove the debris and turn left then go straight, turn around and u sill see a cabinet. open the cabinet with your 2000 points and you will receive a flamethrower. After that go down to the mystery box. The left side (between the file cabinet and the box) will be your entrance to get behind it. Look down and try to squeeze through.KEEP YOUR FINGER FOWARD. IT WILL HELP TP REMOVE THE CHARGER AND PLUG IT IN AGAIN (UNTIL YOU HEAR THE CHARGE JINGLE) MULTIPLE TIMES

Go to the left corner of the mystery box, keep unplugging/plugging your wall charger to your iPod, and eventually you will get in. It also works if you constantly pause/resume carnage.
This only works for iPod/iPhone/iPad.
