It's kind of obvious, breast enlargement surgery?

OBJECTION: Not obvious - they would just be extremely small breasts with implants in them. And it would be very obvious that they are "artificial" when you have very little fat tissue to cover them. Plus it will hurt a lot. It is much, much better if you get happy about them. And I know you can, cause my wife is in your league too in that area. She was shy about it in the beginning, but ended up saying should didn't care if they had been bigger. That was so nice.
