How do you get boss a glass of water?

First, wash your hands. Always wash your hands when handling food or drink even if you don't plan on sticking your finger into it. Find a clean glass or cup. If there are no clean ones, then wash one with soap and warm water. You could also use a plastic or styrofoam cup. Place ice into the cup if your boss prefers ice water. Next, you could either use bottled water or tap water, but bottled water is preferable because it usually tastes better. Fill the cup 2/3 of the way full. Then carry the glass of water to your boss or leave it setting on his desk.

If this isn't part of your job description, you don't have to do it, but being nice always looks nice.
