How do you get brake drums off a 1994 Topaz Any tricks because i cannot get mine off?

Answer:

Sounds like you have a problem. Well, first off, when you look behind the back plate, there is a little rubber block, remove it and with a screw driver try and move the little cog wheel that adjusts the brakes, up or down, whichever slackens the brake shoes. If that does not work, then with a little 5 lbs hammer, start to bang the sides and front part of the brake drum, could be a long process, continue to bang and spin the drum and pull. When you pull, pull with a backwards turning motion. These are the only ways. Good luck.
