The budget answer would be to try GoJo the hand cleaner. It comes in a tube or a tub. And then wash in your machine. As a mechanic I would use clean safety solvent , which impossible to find, to get the automotive stains out. Followed with a machine wash. Dry Cleaners use a safety solvent to clean stains and then ventilate the fumes away.
