How do you get crayon out?

I rubbed it off of my couch with dry baking soda. It came off completely. I'm not sure if the couch had any stain resistance treatment, or if it would work with all fabrics, but it worked well on my couch. I also know that baking soda gets crayon off of hard surfaces like floors. Definitely worth a try...
