you go to moonwrath and blaak and accept all of their quests. then you go to reens potion making and you accpet all of her quests, including the daily if you can, and then you go to the guy standing outside the tower and accept all of his reputaion quests. fight the seed spitters and gorrilaphants until you complete all the quests. took me about 12 minutes to do it. It also helps if you have a double rep booster from the sponzard button, or if you buy one.
