How do you get dressed with broken arm i have a cast on my right arm hand to arm pit. I can only move my fingers and cannot reach my back. need to dress professionally for work. suggestionstips?

first only wear comfy clothes like big tshirts OS sweat suites stuff like that ask a parent to help you or someone you know like a roommnate if you are in collage or universaty so try that hope it works i hope your arm feels better soon love ya !!!

I can let you know that it's a pain and hard to do...But here are some tips from someone who has had to do the same: :-)

When putting on shirts, try to wear button-ups mostly...And that would go well with having to wear preofessional clothes (i.e. suits). When putting the shirt on, always put your right arm (or whichever is in the cast) through the sleeve first, so that you have hte mobility of your other hand to be able to reach behind your back to slip your other arm through the sleeve.

Now hair, you might have to ask someone else to help you if you have to do anything more than just brusing it in the morning.

Also, pants and skirts are easiest to raise to your waist if you are sitting...Where then you can use the face that your arm is bent to slip your legs through the pants easier....

I am a medical student and I have my left arm in a cast up to my armpit. The best thing for me to wear right now is my scrubs bcuz I don't have 2 worry about zippers or buttons since I can't bend my arm to do it. The thing is to make sure your tops are big to pull over your head.
