If you live in the States (or in Europe), Nintendo has scheduled the Enigma Stone Wi-Fi Event until August 27th. This event can be accessed any place where there is a Wi-Fi connection available to you on your Nintendo DS, DS Lite, or DSi.

Since this event has passed, there is now no chance of getting the Enigma Stone.
