Awesome! You have a Rumor! -hi fives you- Ok, if your talking about ringtones or ringbacks, you cannot get those without Vision. However, you can record a song on Voice Memo and set it as your ringtone. Another option is to create a ringtone for the Rumor and transfer it to the phone with Bluetooth, a data cable or a UBS/Flash adapter. This can be done with freeware applications but there are some caveats to the framerate, resolution, filenames and format of the video files. At this time, it appears video ringtone files can only be assigned to voice calls on a per phonebook-entry basis and/or by type of call (eg. caller ID, no caller ID). 'Tones' for text messaging notifications appear to be a different format and most guides on creating them indicate they are created using the voice recorder utility in the Rumor.
