I took (2) 12.5mg Ambien about 20 minutes ago. I'm not sure what types of effects you're looking to get out of it, but with the (2) 12.5mg that I took, will give me a relaxed, soft, slightly blurred (double) vision, and a bit of a general weightless feeling.
