How do you get into glitch city on Pokemon Crystal?

Ok here are the steps to getting to GLITCH CITY!!!!

1: Go to the safari zone

2: Go inside and pay your money to get in the safari zone, walk inside

3: Walk back out and the man will ask you if you are leaving early say no and walk back inside

4: Save your game in the safari zone, turn off your game, and then turn it back on

5: Walk back out the door the man should not ask you if you want to leave early, he will only welcome you, he will ask you if you want to enter say no

6: Walk out of the building and fly to Cinnabar, waste your time going up and down the right side of Cinnabar (Go instantly to the water dont go to the right and start surfing from there. Go staright and get there (i believe)

7: Soon the PA will go: Ding- Dong! And you will be teleported back to the Safari Zone building, walk out of the building AND YOU SHOULD BE IN GLITCH CITY

*If you are not in glitch city by then... maybe your game avoids the glitch or Missingno may negate you from going to the city since that's where Missingno 'lives'.

*Another thing... your game my freeze while exploring glitch city, your game might freeze and and maybe just maybe your screen will get pixelly like seeing a giant missingno. You should shut off the game if the game dose not shut itself. It it said that Missingno. might be protecting glitch city.
