Goto the main city, jump and spin around on the spot then go on a killing spree by pressing a and b simultaneously 50 time's you will then be in the elite 4
If you beat the elite four with 60 different Pokemon registered in your pokedex you can get a pokedex upgrade from prof oak when you continue your file, once you get it you should go back to One...
