change your excercize routine. even if it's good. i went from daily cardio to a mix of circuit training, cardio and interval training and while the scale didn't move everyone says i look better and my clothes got looser. i did this spending less time at the gym and eating the same. it's probably not what i did, just that my body had gotten used to the old thing.
