If you see two boxes in front of the gift shop, stand in the middle of them. (Don't go in the Gift Shop). Then click on the zoom thing on the bottom of the whole screen. Click on your penguin, Then type in "700" then the screen with get HUGE. Scroll down until you see the night club, then, click on the top of it. (To where is says "Night Club on the building.) Then you'll waddle on up there! BOOM! There yougo. Please, no money. I already got the jackpot. lol.
I think you may have misunderstood the question or I did you see I don't understand whether you mean the roof or standing on top like this person thinks but if you mean the top floor well you simply go inside and then walk over to the stairs and there should be "Astro Barrier" and "Thin ice".

∙ 11y agoTo get in the VIP area on Club Penguin, you have to purchase a membership. But if you buy it offline then it won't last too long. So I would reccomend buying a membership card from Toys R Us for about 25$ or less!
