Down the bottom of the page there should be a box that says Select Language. Click on the Arrow and click on the first option (English) then click Go! You are now on the English website :-)
If you are asking if they want to be your girlfriend/boyfriend they you would say "Quieres ser mi novio/a" If you are asking if they will go out (like to movie or something): Saldrás conmigo?
