What you should do is make sure you use the toilet before you go to bed and then set an alarm for about halfway through your usual sleep time and use the toilet again. Also you shouldn't drink anything an hour before you go to bed and do a little exercise. If you wet the bed it could be that your pelvic floor muscles (the muscles down there) are weaker than they should be. Go and talk to the doctor about it to make sure that isn't the problem.
