How do you get over being dumped if he called every day sent text messages and said he loved you and you slept together 3 times but now he never calls and you're confused and a complete mess?

Hi there. Sorry your going through this. Its horrible, I know. Can I ask you though how the events came about? Your question is to vague. In the meantime though what you can do is what Im doing (which seems to help). Avoid him. Avoid all places and people related to him in any way. being around mutual friends will only reinforce the pain. Cry when you want. DONT CALL HIM....DONT GO ANYWHERE HE IS..DONT ASK ANYONE ABOUT HIM...be strong and when you cry tell yourself this is normal to feel this way and now im taking control cause noone can tell me how to feel....remember you want to look back on this to know you handled it with dignity. Dont resort to revenge. The biggest revenge is you getting stronger. I promise you that. After a couple days of feeling sorrow...force yourself to get out....you might not like it for awhile....but you will......i have had my heart broken by men i thought theres no way i can get over them....but i have and currently am going through this.....you get stronger....take care.

I just don't understand how he could tell me he wants to spend the rest of his life with me and he can not wait to see what the future holds. Now all of a sudden he stoped text messaging me and calling me. Im sure he is seeing someone else but i am just a mess over this. i truly want revenge, your right! I text message him and told him that he was nothing but a piece of sh!$ and oh boy did he respond too that. i guess i have to call him names to get him to call me hahaha. I really am in love with him and now im a mess because i think i have been dumped and i have to tell you i have never been dumped and i don't like it. I am very angry and just want revenge! what a piece of ch!$. i will stay away and i will not call him.thanks again Michelle
