It's difficult, I know. I tried all sorts of things. I found sipping flat coke helped, and

taking lots of little drinks of water, and not getting up too quickly, and having a biscuit(UK) cracker(US) by the bed to eat before getting up all useful.

For most women, it gets better by weeks 12-14 (it was week 14 with me) but for some unlucky women it goes on longer. It is a horrible symptom.

Take lots of rest, make sure that you don't have an empty stomach if possible as that makes it worse.

Just eat what you can face until this stage passes, which hopefully it will soon. Make sure that you drink fluids so that you don't get dehydrated.

I'm assuming you mean that you feel nauseaus, not any other sort of illness. If you have any other sort, just phone the doctor for advice.

If its morning sickness then poor old you! It's normal, unfortunately. Take comfort from the fact that it means your hormone levels are rising as they should. In most women it goes off between 12-14 weeks though with some it goes on for longer.

Eat what you can face, make sure you take lots of little drinks of water, take small meals often, and avoid strong smells. Get up slowly, perhaps having a biscuit (UK) or cracker (US) first if you feel particularly sick in the morning. Take lots of rest if you can (easier said than done). It's important to drink fluids and not to have an empty stomach, which can make you feel worse.

Some women swear by ginger beer, some by mint tea, some by a slice of fruit.

You dont get over it you just do things to ease the nasua. Saltine crackers and Ginger Ale, help alot of gals. Some do breathing techniques and others use mind over matter.
