How do you get paint out of jeans?

Answer

Try a little paint stripper or "goof off" in an inconspicuous spot to see if it causes problems. If it seems to be ok, apply a little to the paint spot, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then use a stiff brush to loosen the paint. Rinse out the jeans and run them through a wash using normal soap and with nothing else in the washer.

Paint stripper won't work if the surface is wet, so if that didn't take out all of the paint you might need to go through the process again after you've dried the jeans.

BTW, DO NOT wear the jeans if you have applied paint stripper and haven't washed them. Paint stripper, even WEAK paint stripper can cause problems for you.
