You have to beat the Temple of Fire then go to Eddo's Garage, talk to the guy through the first door, then he will tell you Eddo is busy and if you really want to get to him go around to back way, so he leads you to bomb garden and you walk along and it will lead you to Eddo (It might have to be the Temple of Wind instead of the Temple of Fire, I forget)
To get past the rocks you get a bomb and go to the other paath and trow it over the fence. passage and
You can use the bomb flowers if you don't have bombs yet. Just be careful they do take your life away if you dont't run a good distance from there.
Jennifer :This was confusing for me also. The trick is, you have to go not from the stairs, but from the cliff that's ubove the stairs. Not literally above as in higher in elevation, but above as in up more on the screen, towards the top screen. There are some bombs right at the edge of the cliff that you can use to throw at the rocks. Hope this helped.
