All cameras are differentut if you go to the menu there should be an option for delete all, you can do this after they are downloaded.
If you are having trouble downloading them just hook your download cable into a USB jack on your computer, the auto run oon your machine should bring up a menu, choose view and download and the computer will do the rest.
