Answer:

You can't get pregnant if your husband has had a vesectamy - he needs to get it reversed first

If you have had a tubal ligation and your husband has had a vasectomy, then the chance of you getting pregnant are slim to None (closer to none)...... If you wish to become pregnant you should contact a Dr. to see what option you may have, to undo both procedures however I don't think you can undo a tubal ligation......
