Pray for a miracle! :-) More than likely you can not get pregnant without a tubal reversal. You will need to talk to your OB/GYN.
You can try Invitro Fertilization. This is fairly more expensive but, is considered more effective. The problem with tubal reversal surgery is that when the surgery is first done and dye is shot through the tubes the surgery is considered "successful". As time goes on and scar tissue builds the opening becomes smaller making it harder for an egg to pass through, also increasing the risk for an ectopic or tubal pregnancy. Some fertility clinics will give considerable discounts if you are willing to donate some of the extracted eggs.
