Apart from getting lucky with the lottery, starting your own business is a way - you'll still have to get lucky, but at least some events are under your control.
Hold a mini sale (That way you could get rid of old stuff and get money)
Buy cakes and sell them at school or hold a mini compotition
Do your local paper rounds in the morning and evening!
