How do you get rid of a blood hound exploit 20 virus that Norton cannot fix? |
Answer
Try going to housecall.antivirus.com or pandasoftware.com These are both free online virus scans. Even thogh the virus cannot be "fixed". That does not mean that it has not been quarantined and deactivated. Check your "View Items in Quarantine" option in Norton and see if the virus is listed in there. If it has been than you don't need to do anything. Norton is telling you that the file that contained the virus is not able to be repaired. The file was most likely not one you use or want anyway. Hope this helps
