I also have a cleft chin! I discovered it only a few days ago... however I did look through some photos that had been took about 2 years ago and on some of those I could see it although it had never seemed to effect my until now I have hit my teens I'm looking more in the mirror at my self... I find then very unattractive however I'm going to see my doctor to see if they can give me any advice, I would recommend you to do the same or go to the chemist for advice? But I do know you can get rid of it by surgery:)xxxx Hope it helps.
