Try lying on your back on your bed with your head hanging over the edge, then slowly raise and lower your head until it starts to become uncomfortable, then rest.Start slow and increase till you reach a comfortable number over a few weeks. Don't rush things as you don't want to hurt yourself. Make sure you go slow at all times.
