- do not drink caffeine this will make it so much worse

1. lay down
2. rub your tummy for a little while
3. use the bathroom cause most of my stomach aches are from when i need to use the bathroom

- Food poisoning or digestive complication: A mild painkiller such as paracetamol
- Acid reflux or heartburn: Take medication containing sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate - such as Gaviscon (an anti-acid-reflux medication)
- Period pains: A mild painkiller such as paracetamol and a hot sensation applied to the area of pain (ie - hot water bottle)
- Pregnancy pains: A hot sensation applied to the area of pain. Painkillers should be avoided during pregnancy.
See your doctor if the pain persists or worsens.
