If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the 'Tools' menu item at the top of the screen. On the menu that appears, click on 'Internet Options'. On the 'General' tab, there should be an area titled 'Internet History' with a 'Delete' button and a 'Settings' button. Click on the 'Delete' button and click on the 'Delete Cookies' button on the next screen.
