For your inner thighs use a soothing non-irritating lotion, and cover it with cornstarch. It will most likely dissapear over night. I have the same problem on my abdomen. For your vagina, use Neosporin on it, or cortisone cream. Neosporin is very safe, and quickly reduces any kind of pimple/rash anywhere on your body. Cortisone cream will help the itching. I have used both.

∙ 15y agoYou need to get this checked out by your local doctor immediately. This could be an STI which within reason can be treated very easily. I hope this helps It could be hpv, bump from shaving, or it may be a pimple. If it is a pimple you should be able to pop it. How ever, If you go get checked on a regular basis, hpv is still not detected, you actually have to ask them to test for it. Most people don't know they have it till they have a break out. Hope some of this helps.
