You have to go to a doctor and have an abortion. If you go to the clinic the first 9 weeks you can have a medical abortion with pills you take at home that they give you after they examine you. Then you come back so they can see that everything is gone 2 weeks later. If it's past 9 weeks it will have to be a surgical abortion.

You could always have someone beat you up! I find this question to be creepy and queer. Labor really isn't as bad as it sounds, and there is no way to give yourself a miscarriage without injuring yourself badly as well. Although, after reading this question, I kind of feel like you would deserve it. Anyways, the safest way to get rid of the unborn fetus is to get an abortion at a clinic.
