1. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode with Networking. Turn your computer off and then back on and immediately when you see anything on the screen, start tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, select Safe Mode with Networking and press Enter on your keyboard.
2. Open Internet Explorer and go to: Tools->Internet Options->Connections tab.Click Lan Settings button and uncheck the checkbox labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN. Click OK.

3. Download Malwarebytes, SUPERAntispyware or Spyware Doctor. Install any of these programs and run a quick system scan.

4. In some cases Antivirus Action malware modifies Windows Hosts file. Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\HOSTS, open hosts file with notepad and delete all the lines similar to this one 91.212.127.220 intsecure-2009.com
