Answer
Download and run firefox to protect your computer from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ).Browser attacks aren't easy to spot because they piggyback on legitimate traffic that doesn't exhibit many obvious warning signs
1. Run Deckard's System Scanner (DSS)
2. Run the vundo and combo fix
3. Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
4. Run the anti spyware removal programs spybot
5 Run Superantispyware
6. Run a complete scan with free curing utility Dr.Web CureIt!

This is a nasty little problem and it will be hard to actually step you thru it.
I understand you are having problems probably staying online without being directed to another site. This is malware inside of you machine.
Before anything else, create New User Account for Windows. Before logging onto the Internet, go to your Control Panel and underneath Internet Options -- revise the Startup Page for IE to something safe like google.com or yahoo.com
You should be able to log onto the Internet using this new user account.
From there, visit this thread which has a lot of information on removing this little pest.

You are going to want to get ahold of some utilities to aid in its removal. AdAware, Search&Destroy, and Zone Alarm.
If you do not have your firewall enabled in Windows, you should. I highly recommend getting Norton Firewall or McAfee's Firewall and installing it.
More information on this pest can be found (and there is lots of it) by Googling the name just like this with quotes --"badurl.grandstreetinteractive+com". Run thru and read the advice given at SitePoint, TechGuy, Annoyances, ComputerCop, etc.
There does not (to date) seem to be a consensus on who or what is infesting these machines and every story is a little different -- not enough of them to be had by the Security Pros and they cannot get a hold of one yet either to come up with a cure.
Good luck, and I hope you able to read this. ;0)
