How do you get rid of belly flab?

Answer:
Think about the category you put this question under. Exercising is the answer. Try running a mile, preferably every day to two days. Also do core (the mid region muscles that include the abs, gluts, and thighs among others.) exercises. This is how you lose the weight, but to keep it off, use a diet. You don't need miracle diets from the T.V., you just need to eat healthier things like vegetables, fruits, and hole grains. Add more protein to your diet, as it fills you up and is often found in forms that also provide you with essential vitamins and minerals (i.e. Protein bars, or protein shakes). A Protein bar and an apple is always a good diet lunch. Remember, eating healthier also means drinking healthier, cut down on sugary sodas and switch to water during meals and Hydrating products like Gatorade before and after a workout.

WARNING: Though you may hear putting on 2-3 layers of sweats and then running on the treadmill helps to lose weight, this is not helpful to lowering your fat content. Though you lose weight this way, it is water weight, and you gain it back very quickly because of how thirsty this makes you. This is a tactic used mostly by athletes, especially Greco-Roman Wrestlers to make weight before a match.
