If you are talking about blackheads, there are certain creams available to treat them, otherwise, if you are unsure of what the spots are, consult a doctor. They may just be blemishes in your skin (like moles, freckles etc.). Unfortunately, if the blemish does not rise, it cannot be removed.

∙ 12y agoIf by black spot you mean black head, there are several ways to remove them. You can use pore strips, however these are more like spot-treatments than long-term problem solvers. Try using an exfoliating facial scrub to get rid of them, and remember to wash your face in the morning and night to keep your face clear.
