You can hire someone to blast with glasss beads (IT WILL DAMAGE THE TILE), or to dry ice blast (IT IS NOT LIKELY TO DAMAGE THE TIME). You can contract someone to clean with natural mineral salts (SAFE)
To find someone who uses mineral salts, search on the internet for "pool tile cleaning magnesium sulfate".
