Unfortunately, you can't get rid of canker sores in just two days. There is no know cure for canker sores and they will go away by themselves in 7-10 days. There are approximate one bazillion products that purport to be canker sore remedies. They all work the same way. They use a chemical like benzocaine to kill the pain. They also include an antiseptic to clean the area or a filming ingredient to cover and protect the sore from further trauma. All the products work temporarily and there is no one product that is better than any other. The message is the same for all. Administer the product periodically to dull the pain and protect the sore, then wait 7-10 days for it to go away. Leading a life void of stress with a good well balanced diet goes a long way towards avoiding canker sores (and much, much more!), and of course good dental hygiene should always be followed. Good luck in your campaign against canker sores

Sorry hun but cold sores just don't go away in 2 days unless the sore is very small. You could make them less noticable if you use over the counter creams or take antiviral medication.

How do you get rid of canker sores in a dogs mouth?

Do nothing - the blister/sore will rupture on its own and the dog will heal over the sore area within a week or so in most cases. If this is a frequent occurrance, I would suggest a trip to the veterinarian to see what is causing the canker sores - this is not a common illness in dogs.

How do you get rid of canker sore?

Try mixing a bit of salt with very warm water and slosh it around the part of your mouth in the spot were it is twice a day. This doesn't get rid of it right away, but it helps a little. Mostly, just be patient and try to bear the pain. Avoid fried or sugary foods. Canker sores usually last for a week to 10 days. They are annoying and generally go away on their own. They can be caused by stress, or even certain foods, such as citrus fruits. If a sore is unusually painfull or large, a dentist may prescribe an antimicrobial mouth rinse, a corticosteroid ointment, or a prescription or nonprescription solution to reduce the pain and irritation.
