You can use zevirax ointment,vasaline,perfume to dry it out and stop it from spreading. Gargle mouth wash too kill the bacterial. Antiobotics/pain killers/paracetamol/ibprofen will NOT help. Honey & Lemon also help to spead up recovery time!
