How do you get rid of diplopodas?

Answer:
You don't. A friend send her friend to my house. He is an Orkin inspector. The next day, one of Orkin's exterminators came and sprayed. He said they don't go away. It was unreal how many were inside and outside my house. There were literally thousands. I stomped and stomped and sprayed with poison for about 5 weeks. Those I hit died, but more came. One day I emptied a whole new can of insecticide all over the outside of my house, which was teeming with the pesky and disgusting critters. The inside and outside of my house smelled like creosote mixed with winter green. I had a nasty allergic reaction during the first week of this nightmare, but do not know if it was the millipedes or not. One doctor said it probably was. The Orkin man sprayed outside and in some windows inside, but put bait inside. The odor of the insecticide immediately leached into the house, and I inhaled the overpowering smell of wintergreen. It had the same cooling effect in my lungs as a wintergreen mint. It was quickly annoying. I do not smell it this morning. I was told, I may see another influx at first, as the millipedes try to escape the poison. So far, I don't see any on the bricks of the house outside, but am seeing them and stomping them inside the house. I hope that what he did will take care of this. It is quite stressful and annoying. AND expensive!
