Other than that, let it come out naturally! Your body can take care of itself.
At the Ear doctor, they will use a little tube that acts as a vacuum that sucks it out.
whatever you do, DO NOT USE Q-TIPS they will just push the wax in father and farther and you life will be a lot harder to get it out in the future once it enters deep into the ear.
If you have a dropper bottle, try using half white vinegar and half water, then put some drops in your ear. THis will make it softer and easier for the doc. to get out.
