How do you get rid of frogs in your swimming pool?

Answer:

Answer

Hello,

Frogs love being around the water, especially during their mating season. However, they can be pretty noisy. Part of the reason that they are attractive to water is that they mate and give birth in the water. They normally do not reproduce in swimming pools due to the chlorine levels, but they do not know the difference. The best way to get rid of them is to enclose the swimming pool, ie by a gate, cover etc so that they will not be able to get in. Another alternative is to spray 'saltwater' or rock salt around the perimeter of the pool. The frogs hate salt because it hurts their feet. However, be careful not to put saltwater or salt rock around your plants; it may kill most plants.

Hope this helps,,,
