Exfoliate and moisturize!

Exfoliating is the sloughing off of dead skin cell with a slightly granulated scrub. There are a few different products you can use to exfoliate your lips. For one, you can purchase a lip exfoliator. Tarte Cosmetics makes a great Maracuja Lip Exfoliant that resurfaces the skin and hydrates at the same time. If you don't want to spend $16 on an exfoliator, you can make a great DIY one at home with a few ingredients: olive oil and sugar. Just mix a bit of the two ingredients in a bowl and you're set!

Regardless of whether you try a store-bought exfoliator or make your own, you exfoliate the same way. Simply massage a small amount of the exfoliator onto your lips, and then wipe them clean.

After exfoliating, you'll need to moisturize. eos lip balm is amazing and affordable, as is Burt's Bees. You can even use Vaseline!

At the end of the process, your lips should be smooth, flushed, and rejuvenated.

Mostly people use lip appliances to help lip discoloration, such as meticated chap stick or even just the regular. It takes time but it works!! Sometimes discoloration in the lips occur when too much make up is on your lips such as lip stick or lip gloss .Try to stay away from those things for a while and see what the results are.
