Get those little sticky yellow fly trappers. They'll fly into them because they like the smell, and they won't be able to get it out. We set it up for flies, but some Nats we didn't even know were living in our house got stuck instead!

There skinny and long. They work really well! Put some outside on a post and see how many get stuck..lol.

You may also try taking a bowl, filling half way with vinegar and adding a squirt of dish soap, covering with plastic wrap and poking or cutting small holes or slits in the wrap. Viola'..nat trap galore i have tried and works like a charm.
