In order to get rid of spots or prevent them in the future aim to:
Cleanse your face regularly (at least twice a day).
Drink plenty of water (at least 7 glasses per day).
Wear less makeup. Makeup such as foundation and blush blocks your skin pores therefore skin becomes dry and spots occur.
It is important to have a balanced diet meaning an ideal portion of e.g carbohydrates and vegetable in your diet.
Do not use moisturizer a lot due to the skin becoming greasy leading to spots.
Visit your local doctor or chemist, they will be able to prescribe you with a special spot cream ideal for acne and spots.
Do not squeeze your spots as this may leave scars and slow down the healing process.
Do not use old methods such as rubbing toothpaste on spots as this leads to skin becoming greasy.
When cleansing your face turn the water from warm to cold as this opens the skins pores.
When cleansing your face use facial washes or soap.
REMEMBER: During childhood and teenager years you are most likely to suffer from acne (spots). This is normal.
Another viewA lot of the products that are face washes work well, especially the ones that dry out your skin. As a lot of spots are caused by greasy skin. Be careful because if you dry out your skin too much this will lead to dry, rough skin. Your skin could even start to shed. Use a moisturizer before you put on makeup (foundation, blusher etc.) or use any skin-drying products. Also use the moisturizer before you go to bed.
More suggestionsHi, I started To suffer from spots when I was 8. I would reccomed Using Superdrug's Tea Tree range or you could get a doctors appointmend. Exercise, Eat healthy food, Drink lots of water. Don't buy things like Freederm or Clean and Clear because they make your skin much worse. Make sure you wash your face 2 or 3 times a day(depends on how bad your spots are). If you wear make-up then make sure you remove it before you go to bed. It will take about 2 months for you to see a difference. Hope this helps.

It would depend on what caused the spots and where the spots are located. Without more information, there is not enough to answer the question more specifically.
There are some things you can do to help get rid of bald spots. This includes wearing a wig, changing your shampoo, changing your diet, and use hair loss treatments.
Spots are such a pain... Whatever you do, don't squeeze them! The best way to get rid of them is to use spot cream whenever you can. I recommend the spot treatment product: Clearasil. Use their pads and cream daily. Not only does it gets rid of spots, it prevents them. Good Luck!
