The best thing to do is to take it to a phone shop like a Verizon Wireless. Or look for phone cleaner.
There are mild abrasive creams you can use. Before you buy something expensive, try a little spackling compound (the stuff you patch holes in walls with). Rub a small amount on the screen with your bare finger until it squeeks. Wipe clean with a cotton cloth.
If that didn't remove the scratch, you might have some success with that brush-on scratch remover that you use for glasses. Check the local drugstore.
As a last resort, you might be able to minimize the scratch with a drop or two of fingernail polish remover. Let it dry because it will soften the plastic.
Use toothpaste. I have had a voyager for 4 years and it worked wonders. it didnt take out the major scratchs but it improved it very well. it took about 3 or 4 time of rubbing toothpaste on it...
